Qualifications

• Over 50 years of combined staff experience in all of our service offerings, including ERP/Financial Management System planning and implementation, Strategic IT Planning, IT Infrastructure Design and Implementation, Business Process Workflow Reviews, and Project Management. 
• Extensive knowledge and experience with all aspects of the Local Government market, including Software applications and IT Infrastructure requirements. 
• Experience in all aspects of LAN/WAN design, including Fiber Optics and Wireless networks 
• Experience in conducting contract negations with a variety of software and hardware vendors 
• Proven track record regarding Implementation Project Management for ERP/Financial Management Systems as well as IT Infrastructure Improvements. 
• Proven integrity and commitment to our customers 
• Experience in building consensus with a team to achieve a common goal (e.g., requirements priorities, vendor selection, etc.)
